"A goal without a plan is just a wish."
—Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
THAT MOMENT YOU REALIZE...
"I HAVEN'T FINISHED THAT AMAZING CREATIVE PROJECT THAT I REALLY, REALLY WANTED TO DO."
I just LOVE it when creatives are using their full potential and sharing their unique creations with the world. Inventing great stuff.
Creating awesome things. Completing them. Celebrating the result with the world. Launch parties, fancy bubbles and all.
Books. Films. TED talks. Art exhibitions. Businesses. Charities. Events.
GREAT STUFF.
So many times however, amazingly creative professionals...get stuck. The idea is there, just ACHING to see the light of day.
You can FEEL it. But you can't SEE it. Because there are other things to take care of.
Project deadlines to nail. Clients to serve. Mortgages to pay. Children to feed. Bosses to please.
Spouses to have quality time with. Instagram pics to filter.
But still, your idea, that ONE thing that you want to do more than ANYTHING....isn't anywhere near being realized.
And I think that's just painful. And a waste of the talent that was given to you.
For you, and for all the rest of us. Because we won't see what you can achieve.
Because it's not a priority right now.
In a few years time, you might still think: there is still time. Perhaps I'll even do it better with even more life experience.
You tuck it away (much too safely) in your memory, tagged 'To Do When I Will Have Time, In A Couple Of Years, Which Will Totally Happen'.
Yeah.
In time, your ideas will wither, in a dusted drawer with other ideas that not yet have been realized.
Time is passing by faster than a teenager can app "I've Found Pikachu". By that time, nobody could give two %&*$#@-s about Pikachu anyway.
You're wondering: what was I thinking?
AND PERHAPS SOMETHING ELSE IS HOLDING YOU BACK.
Procrastination.
My kitchen cabinets are spotless. My wardrobe is totally Marie Kondo-ed. But yeah, pressing deadline.
Perfectionism.
I can totally do this better than the #1 New York Times Bestseller List Author. And I will. Just not today, okay?
Overwhelm.
I've got so much on my plate right now. I just don't know where to start.
Focus issues.
40 projects, 20 ideal ideas, 0 time, 5 stressed out clients, 25 browser tabs open, 4 to-do lists - or were they grocery lists - that end on the bottom of your bag, or worse, into oblivion.
Insecurity.
Maybe my idea is sort of okay, but who on earth is waiting for this. What if I totally SUCK at this?
I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THE FEROCITY YOU HAVE WHILE THINKING THESE DECEPTIVE THOUGHTS,
CAN ACTUALLY BE USED TO BAN THEM AND TO GET BUSY AND ACHIEVE REAL TANGIBLE GOALS.
The Amazon link to your book (and/or the smell of the printed paper).
The photos of your event with all those amazing attendees.
The first review of your art exhibition in your local newspaper
The light dimming in the cinema, your film music filling the room.
The moment you leave the stage after giving the talk of a lifetime.
The awareness for your charity that you have created in your community.
The look in the eyes of your loved ones, feeling even more proud of you than they already were.
The look in your eyes, when you look in the mirror, on the morning of your Big Day.
Would you like to achieve your creative goals? Not someday, but NOW?
Write that book? Make that film? Launch that business? Organize that epic event?
Prepare for your own TED style talk? The bubbly launch party?
Or EVEN MORE THAN ONE of those projects? Trust me, you'll hardly want to stop after the first one. :-)
I'd LOVE to help you bring your amazing, unique, creative projects to life - efficiently and in a realistic time frame.
In a way that you can use this method FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. For all those other projects that you will want to realize after this first one.
And yes, I can help you because I've been through the same. I have learned to do this time and time again. First, because I HAD TO. Life was tough, after my parents died when I was 14 years old. But (very) slowly, I learned to DARE TO DREAM. And I learned to make PLANS to gain momentum. To change things. I know, life is what happens while you're busy making other plans. It can be a rocky road.
And still, I managed to graduate college (graphic and interactive design and communication), write and publish 3 books internationally, prepare and give 1 TEDx Talk, launch and manage a charity for bereaved children in the Western world, create the first (and award winning) online course on social media strategy in Europe. I have trained literally hundreds of professionals in online strategy, social media and creating unique creative concepts and getting them done. But hey.
My program isn't about me. It's about YOU. And YOUR ideas and goals.
The good news is: your road does NOT have to be as rocky as mine was. You can totally bring your super project to life and make your loved ones proud. And WAY more importantly:
MAKE YOURSELF PROUD OF YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT.
YOU'VE GOT THIS.
'SOMEDAY' IS TODAY.
START INVENTING, CREATING AND ACHIEVING.
"YOU, SHARING YOUR UNIQUE CREATIONS WITH THE WORLD, MAKING A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLE'S LIVES. tHAT'S JUST SO BEAUTIFUL AND POWERFUL. AND IT'S ABOUT TIME."
